This man is and always be so well loved by so many people. He was exemtric crazy and filled a room with ease. A living legend and wanna be country western singer(and dancer at family weddings!!). Softly spoken and oozing warmth and love. Grumpy at times thus showing true Watkins traits but if you really knew him you could soon bring him around.....timing is everything as I learnt from our Mum !!! I will truly miss you my lovely loving kind and gentle with a streak of crazy big bro. Sleep well you crazy cowboy and thank you for being you. Bim xxxxxx
